UPDATE 21:48: The issue has been resolved. Over the next few days, we will be diligently identifying and correcting any incorrectly created access groups. We will provide more detailed information on the corrective measures being implemented. While we strive to address all access groups promptly, there may be some delays. Please do not hesitate to reach out to your Customer Success representative for further assistance. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure a good experience.


We are currently experiencing an issue with the SaltoKS integration on the Zapfloor platform. Certain users have reported that some newly created access groups within SaltoKS are not displaying the assigned users and locks as expected. This may affect access to meeting rooms or other facilities. We are in contact with Salto to resolve this ASAP. We will first determine the cause, resolve it and afterwards create a report of the affected access groups.
